Corel/Jasc Paint Shop Pro X here.
Download Mezzoforce Ice 1.02 here.
Download the Supplies here.
Place your filters in your filters folder.
Place the font in your fonts folder.
Place the tubes in your tubes folder.
Now lets get started with the tutorial
1. Copy and paste as a new image the background supplied below.

2. Copy and paste as a new layer the second background supplied below.

3. Go to Effects/2manekenai/MezzoForce-Ice and set to the following settings.

4. On your layers palette set the Opacity to 36 and the Blend Mode to Luminance (Legacy).
5. Copy and Paste as a new layer your mystical_winds_bg3 tube.
6. On your layers palette set the Opacity to 71 and the Blend Mode to Multiply.
7. Now copy and paste as a new layer your Mystical_winds_trees, you will have to move these so they touch the top of your work area.
8. On your layers palette lower the opacity to 51 and leave the Blend Mode set to Normal.
9. This is what you should have so far.

10. Open your Lillypads and fairy tube, Copy and paste as a new layer your lillypad, arrange this to the right near the bottom of your work area.
11. On your layers palette set the opacity to 69 and the Blend Mode to Luminance (Legacy).
12. Duplicate this layer.
13. Move this slightly to the left and forward of the other lillypad.
14. On your layers palette set the opacity of this one to 83.
15. Go back to your lillypad_fairy tube and click on the fairy and copy her.
16. Paste the fairy as a new layer and arrange her just above the lillypads.
17. Now copy and paste the tiny bird off of the Yvonne_birds tube.
18. Arrange the little guy just to the left of the waterfall.
19. Lets give him a drop shadow with the settings below.

20. On the layers palette lower the opacity of the hawk to 73, this will give him a sense of distance on your work area.
21. Here is what you should have now.

22. Copy and paste as a new layer your MTM bloemen tube, and arrange this over to the left hand side near the bottom corner.
23. Apply a drop shadow using the same settings as previously used.
NOTE: DO NOT add the woman tube yet, I know you want to but don't.
24. Copy and paste as a new layer the background below.

25. Go to Selections/Select All.
26. Back to Selections/Modify/Contract and set this to 6.
27. Go to Effects/3D Effects/Cutout and set this to the settings below.

28. Deselect by going to Selections/None.
29. On your layers palette click on Raster 7 layer, which is the flowers to activate it.
30. Add a new layer.
31. Set your Foreground colour to #864965 and your background colour to #000000.
32. Click on your text tool and set your text to the following.

33. Type your name.
34. Deselect the selection.
35. Now change your background colour to #d1d339.
36. Now lets set the background to gradient with the settings below.

37. Add a new layer.
38. Type your name again.
39. Deselect the selection.
40. Now arrange your colourful name over the black, but slightly more to the left so that it stands out as in the sample below, use your arrow keys if you need too.

41. Add your watermark.
42. Copy and paste your woman tube and arrange over the flowers to the left of your work area.
43. Apply the same dropshadow previously used.
44. Save your work...this tutorial is also in the animation section hereif you wish to save it as is and then move onto the animation part.
