Corel/Jasc Paint Shop Pro X here.
Download Xero Filter here.
Download the supplies here.
Place the Filters into your filters folder.
Place the font in your fonts folder.
Place the tube in your tubes folder.
Now lets get started with the tutorial
1. Open a new transparent image with the Width set at 400 and the Height set to 400.
2. Set your Foreground colour to #000000 and your Background colour to #5f0707, or a bright dark colour to match your tube.
3. Go to View and click on Rulers.
4. Back to View and click on Guides.
5. Once more back to View and click on Snap to Guides.
6. Let's set up our guides, click on your side ruler and slide over as you do so your guide will follow your mouse drop this guide at 30.
7. We need two more vertical guides, one set at 50 and the other set at 70.
8. Click on your ruler at the top and slide down and set this horizontal guide at 340.
9. We need two more horizontal guides set at 360 and the next at 380.
10. Flood fill your work area, and the image below should be what your work area looks like, your guides will be the default blue though.

11. Set your foreground colour to #FFFFFF.
12. Click on your pen tool, select a solid straight line and set the width set to 2.
13. Lets draw a straight line starting from the top of your first guide and take it to just past the bottom, do not worry about straightness as you will see the line will snap to the guide.
14. Continue to draw straight lines over all of your guide lines and taking them just past your work area.
15. On your layers palette right click on your vector layer and select convert to raster.
16. Now go to View and click on guides to shut them off.
17. Zoom in on your work area and check to make sure all your lines are touching the edges, if the are not click on them and use your arrow keys to move them in the direction they need to go, this is why we went just past our work area.
18. Duplicate this layer by going to Layers/Duplicate.
19. Now to Image/Flip.
20. Once more to Image/Mirror.
21. Add a new layer.
22. Change your foregound colour to #000000.
23. Click on your selections tool and select the rectangle.
24. Using your lines in the middle as a guide draw a square, as in the sample below.

25. Go to Selections/Invert.
26. Now flood fill this area.
27. Go to Effects/Xero/Tekstya and set to the following settings.

28. Deselect by going to Sections/None.
29. On your layers palette move this layer down one and keep activated.
30. Add a new layer.
31. Open up your guide lines again by going to View/Guide.
32. Click on your selections tool, using the rectangle select between the two guide lines set at 30 and 70 and take to the bottom as in the sample below, you will notice your selection will snap to the guidelines.

33. Toggle your colours so that your dark colour is your foregound in my case it is #5f0707.
34. Flood fill this section and Deselect by going to Selections/None.
35. Duplicate this layer by going to Layers/Duplicate.
36. Then go to Image/Mirror.
37. Add a new layer.
38. Using your selection tool select between the guides 340 and 380.
39. Flood fill once again with your colour.
40. Go to View/Guides and turn them off.
41. Deslect your selection by going to Sections/None.
42. Duplicate your layer.
43. Now to Image/Flip.
44. If you had to adjust your lines to cover the edges you will have to adjust the new coloured areas so that they are totally under the white lines, do this by clicking on the red areas and using your arrow keys to adust them.
45. Click on your selections tool and select the freehand tool (the rope). On your Tools options select Point to Point.

46. Add a new layer.
47. Go above your right hand corner, then going down diagonally to the bottom make a somewhat triangle, sample of what I mean below.

48. Set your foreground to #ffffff and flood fill.
49. Go to Selections/Modify/Contract and set this to 2.
50. Set your foreground to #000000 and flood fill.
51. Once again to Selections/Modify/Contract and set it to 6.
52. Go to Effects/Xero/Tekstya an apply the same settings as before.
53. Now deselect by going to Selections/None.
54. Add a new layer.
55. Click on your text tool, set your foreground and background to #FFFFFF (white) and set to the font options to the settings below.

56. Go to Effects/3D Effects/Inner Bevel and apply the following settings.

57. Now on your layers palette click on and activate your last layer.
58. Copy and paste your tube as a new layer, if using the tube provided no need to adjust, but if using your own you will have to make any adjustments needed to make it fit in the centre.
59. On your layers palette lower the opacity to 67 and the blend mode to Luminance (Legacy).
60. Go to Image/Add Borders and set the border to the following.

61. Back to Image/Add Borders and set the colour to #000000 (black) and the pixel size to 5.
62. Last time back to Image/Add Borders and set the colour to #FFFFFF (white) and the pixel size to 2.
63. Add your watermark and save.
