Download the supplies here.

1. Copy and paste the background below for your work area.

2. Set your Foreground colour to #bed2de and your Background colour to #bed2de.

3. Go to Effects/penta.com/color dot and set to the following settings.

4. Go to Effects/Illumination/Sunburst and set the settings below.

5. Copy and paste the Summer pattern tube and arrange to the lower left hand corner.

6. On your layers palette change the Blend Mode to Multiply.

7. Duplicate this layer.

8. Go to Image/Flip.

9. Once more to Image/Mirror.

10. On your layers palette change the Blend Mode to Screen.

11. Right click on your image and Merge Visible.

12. Close this layer.

13. Once again copy and paste the summer background below as a new layer, it will cover everything you have done to this point.

14. Add a new layer.

15. Go to Selections/Select All.

16. Now copy the summer fill pattern below, if you would like the darker look as in the sample at the end of this tutorial, go to step 21.

17. Right click on your image and select "Paste INTO Selection.

18. Now to Adjust/Blur/Gaussian Blur and set this to 50.

19. Deselect by going to Selections/None.

20. On your layers palette change the Blend Mode to Luminace (Legacy).

21. Copy and paste your Island scene and arrange to the bottom left without touching the edges of your work area.

22. On your layers palette change the Opacity to 28 and the Blend Mode to Luminace (Legacy).

23. Copy and paste one of the ladies tube or your own tube and arrange her slightly up and to the right.

24. On your layers palette lower the opacity of her to 57, (if you like you can change the Blend Mode to Luminace (Legacy) as I did in the sample at end of tutorial, this is totally up to you).

25. Now right click and Merge these layers visible.

26. Go to Image/Resize and set this to 85 Percent.

27. Now we are going to go to the selections a fair bit here so lets start, go to Selections/Select All.

28. Selections/Float.

29. To Selections/Modify/Contract and set this to 10.

30. Selections/Invert.

31. Selections/Modify/Feather and set this to 50.

32. Flood fill this section and Deselect by going to Selections/None.

33. Now hit your Delete key 3 times.

34. Deselect by going to Selections/None.

35. Click on the eye of your bottom layer to open it, this will leave your top layer activated.

36. Click on your Text tool and set the options to those below.

37. Type your name and then hightlight your first initial.

38. Change the size of this to 85.

39. Now hit okay.

40. On your layers palette right click and select Convert to Raster Layer.

41. Once again on your layers palette set the Blend Mode to Luminace (Legacy).

42. Go to Effects/3D Effects/Drop Shadow and apply the following settings.

43. Arrange your name to the right just below the girl.

44. Activate your bottom layer.

45. Add a new layer.

46. Go to Selections/Select All.

47. Selections/Modify/Contract and hit okay it should still be at 10.

48. Go to Effects/3D/Drop Shadow and apply the same drop shadow used previously.

49. Now you may want to move your name a little lower, or leave it where it is this is totally up to you.

50. Add your watermark and save.
